Terms of Usage For EasyHorseShip

EasyHorseShip [EHS] provides two email services and we are not a party to transactions involving either.

EHS provides horse owners, agents and others a free means to email information on their horse transportation requirements to those on the list in [2].
EHS makes no warranty on responses.

[2]
EHS maintains a list of subscribing horse transporters and emails them information on loads provided in [1] above.
EHS makes no warranty as to email volume.

EHS users in [1] acknowledge they are submitting a classified ad inviting bids for horse transport services from those in [2].

EHS provides a spam-free environment.
Users in [1] above will only be contacted by EHS or paid haulers in [2] above.
Users in [2] above will only be contacted by EHS or those people in [1] above.
EHS will never share names, phone numbers or email addresses except as defined above.

EHS bears no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from transactions EHS users enter into beyond refund of unused subscription fees.

EHS operates on a good faith, best effort basis and requires the same from users in [1] and [2] above.

EHS brokers no loads but acknowledges those in [2] may do so: EHS does not encourage or benefit from such brokerage.

Anyone who uses EHS accepts all these terms and conditions. If the terms are unacceptable, make other arrangements.
